All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD within Australia.
RETURNS
We want you to love your flag. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return: items must be unused and in original condition, returned in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@ilovemyflag.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ilovemyflag.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
